By accessing or using Trybl, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Trybl, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction
• If under 18, have parental or guardian consent to use the Service
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Create fake profiles, events, or content
• Spam other users with unsolicited messages or content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on Trybl ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Trybl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:

• You own or have the right to share the content
• Your content does not violate anyone's rights or any laws
• Your content complies with these Terms

We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Trybl name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Trybl. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Trybl and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Trybl integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:

We are not responsible for third-party services and their availability, content, or practices.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• Trybl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any
• We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or opportunities

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trybl and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your use or misuse of the Service

11. Termination

You may terminate: Delete your account at any time through the app's Settings or by contacting us.

We may terminate or suspend: Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is harmful to us or our reputation

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date
• Sending an in-app notification or email for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
